The  control of air pollution, noise pollution and acoustics are some of the major benifits of Living Facade solutions. The reduction of stress is achieved through connecting people with nature in the  environment.

Specifications: 250 VGM^® modules planted with over 4000 plants, pre-planted before installation in a nursery environment to allow firm establishment and vertical orientation, were used in the 75 sq m living wall.  Besides allowing easy mounting and replacement of modules, when necessary, the versatile VGM^® modular system also allowed modules to be arranged to create the attractive design patterns on the living wall.

Specifications: VersiWall^® GP (VGP) 2060 Trays were mounted on aluminium panels on the external façade of the Menara Etiqa building to create a vertical green wall.  To create a seamless living wall around the edges of the building, proprietary VGP Mounting Panels were installed at an angle on the corners of the building for a visually enveloping aesthetic. A total of 1200 VGP Trays were used to establish the 1000 m² green wall.

Specification: Elmich VGM^® Green Wall system was used to establish 35 m living walls on eight campus blocks. The system comprises Vertical Greening Modules (VGM^®) containing a geotextile bag filled with EnviroMix^®GW (a primarily inorganic lightweight planting media) anchored onto stainless steel pilasters. An automated irrigation system delivers water and nutrients directly to plant roots to ensure healthy plant growth.
The green walls together totaling 5,300 sq m is the largest vertical greenery installation at a single development in the world.

 Applicaton:

30,000 square metres of VersiCell sub-surface drainage modules facilitate drainage and healthy plant growth in the surrounding planter boxes.
