Metalspan is an INOSUS brand - focused on metallic facade materials designed, engineered and manufactured to maximise fire safety and proactively aiming to decarbonise by reducing the carbon footprint of the construction industry. Driven by our ethical business values at INOSUS we have developed METALSPAN UK by ALUCOPANEL Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) that has acheived Euro - class A1 standard (Non-combustible) according to BS EN 13501-1 reaction to fire test for the design community, developers and contractors.

METALSPAN UK by ALUCOPANEL - A1 Non-Combustible material used on our M-SPAN BetterFIX system to provide maximum fire safety while reducing embodied carbon A1-A3 4.42 C02 Eq, moreover our composite technology with non-combustible core reduce the demand Aluminium by 66% compared to traditional 3mm soid aluminum cladding. Our unique panels rainscreen panel system has been designed to provide preasure equalized better rear verntilated system for design community, developers, contractors and clients.

A1 to A3; GWP of just 4.42 kg CO2 eq—significantly lower than
that of traditional 3mm solid Aluminum cladding. This makes our
M-SPAN an excellent choice for sustainable, eco-friendly construction.
METALSPAN’s commitment to sustainability is reflected in the design of our cladding systems. Our products use 66% less aluminium compared to 3mm solid Aluminium panels, reducing the demand of natural resources and lowering emissions in the manufacturing process; Cradle to Gate. The environmental impact is further minimised in the transportation, fabrication, and installation stages due to the properties of our product. One of our products comes with wood finish, offering a sustainable alternative to deforestation.
